Haven't got to fully test it yet, but initial impressions are good.
The bag fits well & is secure with nothing more than the magnets holding it in place at freeway speeds.

There are 5 magnets total, 1 in each corner of the flaps & 1 in the middle of the bag itself.

The triple folded map pocket is removable & there are two more zippered pockets in addition to the main compartment. They also include a rain cover.
